The experience

The day, handled.

A good tasting day is really a logistics problem dressed up as fun — which wineries, in what order, with reservations where you need them and a driver who isn't tasting. Since 2009 our concierge has built South Sound tasting routes the way a local would: the valley wineries that are worth the stop, the Tacoma taprooms that pour the good stuff, the timing that keeps you ahead of the crowds, and a chauffeur who knows every mile of it.

We confirm the stops, build in time for lunch, and keep the day moving at your pace — five to seven hours, two people or thirty, in a sedan, a stretch limo or a full party bus. You focus on the flights and the photos; we focus on the route and the safe ride home.

Tasting tours — questions

Wine & brewery tours, answered.

The quick answers on cost, length, regions and what's included. Still curious? Call (253) 999-5589.

How much does a wine tour cost in Tacoma?
Wine and brewery tours are usually booked as a five-to-seven-hour block — sedans start around $85/hr, and stretch limos and party buses run toward the $250–$350 end, with higher minimums on weekends. The transportation quote is flat and all-inclusive (gratuity, fuel and taxes built in); tasting fees at each stop are paid separately at the winery. Call (253) 999-5589 for a quote.
How long is a typical wine tour?
Most tours run five to seven hours — enough for three to five tasting stops at a relaxed pace, with time built in for lunch. We can run shorter brewery crawls or full-day Woodinville trips too; the itinerary is built around your group.
Which wineries and breweries do you visit?
We build routes through the Puyallup Valley wineries, the Tacoma brewery district, Woodinville wine country north of Seattle, and the Gig Harbor and South Sound taprooms. You can pick the stops or let our concierge design the day — wine, beer or both.
Do you make the winery reservations?
Our concierge helps plan the route and timing and can coordinate tasting reservations where they're needed, especially for larger groups and weekends. We confirm the full itinerary with you before the day.
Are tasting fees included in the price?
The transportation is flat and all-inclusive, but tasting and flight fees are set by each winery or brewery and paid there. We'll give you a sense of typical costs when we build the route so there are no surprises.
Can you do a Woodinville wine tour from Tacoma?
Yes — it's a popular full-day trip. Woodinville is about an hour to seventy-five minutes north, home to 130-plus wineries and tasting rooms, and we make a comfortable day of it with a dedicated chauffeur both ways.
How many people can come on a wine tour?
Anywhere from a couple in a sedan to thirty on a party bus. Stretch limos seat six to ten and Sprinter vans up to fourteen — we match the vehicle to your group so everyone tours together.
Can we drink in the vehicle between stops?
Guests 21 and over are welcome to enjoy beverages in the vehicle on most private tours, with valid ID — we provide ice and glassware. Any trip with a guest under 21 aboard is kept strictly alcohol-free. Either way, the tastings are the main event.
Which cities do you serve for wine and brewery tours?
All of Pierce County — from Tacoma, Puyallup and Lakewood to Gig Harbor, Bonney Lake and the foothills — plus trips up to Woodinville. See our Service Areas for the full list.
How do I book a wine tour?
Call (253) 999-5589 or reserve online, and our concierge will walk through the regions, your group size and the stops you want, then design the route and confirm a flat, all-inclusive quote. We lock the itinerary before the day.
