How much does it cost to rent a limo or party bus in Tacoma?

How do I book a vehicle?
Call (253) 999-5589 or request a quote online with your date, pickup city, headcount and stops. You'll get a flat, all-inclusive price in minutes — approve it and we confirm your reservation in writing.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, prom season and holidays we recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead, since those dates fill fast. Airport transfers and last-minute rides can often be arranged same-day through our 24/7 dispatch — call to check availability.
Is gratuity and tax included in the price?
Yes. Every quote is all-inclusive, so the price we give you is the price you pay — gratuity, fuel surcharge and taxes are already built in. No metered surprises.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Most occasion bookings carry an hourly minimum that varies by vehicle and date, while SeaTac airport runs can be booked as straightforward point-to-point transfers. Tell dispatch what you have in mind and we'll quote the exact terms.
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment. A deposit confirms your reservation, with the balance due before or on the day of service depending on the booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and change terms depend on the vehicle and date, and we confirm them in writing when you book. If plans shift, call dispatch as early as you can at (253) 999-5589 and we'll work it out.

What vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet spans luxury sedans, luxury SUVs, stretch limousines, SUV stretch limos, Mercedes Sprinter vans and party buses — enough range to fit a solo airport run or a thirty-person night out.
How many passengers do your vehicles hold?
Luxury sedans seat 1–3, SUVs up to 6, stretch limousines 6–10, Sprinter vans 10–14, and party buses 15 to 30 passengers. Capacities are seated maximums.
What amenities are in the vehicles?
Expect leather seating, climate control and premium sound across the fleet. Stretch limousines add fiber-optic lighting and a chilled bar; party buses bring lounge seating, wrap lighting, a premium sound system and a dance pole.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
We match the right vehicle class to your group, date and occasion, and you can browse the classes on our fleet page. A specific make or model is subject to availability — just ask dispatch when you book.
Are the vehicles cleaned between rides?
Always. Every vehicle is professionally detailed before each run and inspected on a fixed bi-weekly schedule, so it arrives spotless.

Do you provide airport transfers to SeaTac (SEA)?
Yes. We provide door-to-terminal SeaTac transfers 24/7 with live flight monitoring and complimentary meet-and-greet at baggage claim on arrivals. From most of Pierce County, SeaTac is roughly a 30–50 minute drive depending on your city and traffic.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time and adjust pickup automatically. For arrivals, reasonable wait time is included at no extra charge, and your chauffeur will be there when you reach baggage claim.
How early should I schedule my airport pickup?
We plan the route around traffic and your airline's check-in window. As a rule of thumb we suggest arriving about two hours before a domestic flight and three before an international one, then back-time the pickup from there — dispatch builds in the buffer.
Do you serve the Seattle cruise terminals?
Yes. We run punctual transfers to Pier 66 and Bell Street Terminal in Seattle for Alaska and Pacific Northwest sailings — luggage and all — timed to your boarding window.
Will the chauffeur help with my luggage?
Yes. Luggage assistance is included, along with meet-and-greet on airport arrivals so you're not hunting for your ride after a long flight.

Do you travel outside Pierce County?
Yes. Pierce County is home, but we regularly run to SeaTac International Airport, the Seattle cruise terminals, and venues across King County and the greater Puget Sound. Out-of-county trips are quoted by distance.
Is there an extra charge for outlying areas?

Do you provide wedding transportation?
Yes. We handle bridal-party limousines and guest shuttles across South Sound venues like Chambers Bay and Thornewood Castle, with coordinated arrivals on the minute and custom decorations available for your day.
Can I book a party bus for prom or homecoming?
Yes. Our prom and homecoming service is parent-approved — chauffeured, supervised and strictly alcohol-free for student events, with route tracking available so parents always know where the group is. We work with high schools across Pierce County.
Do you offer wine tours and brewery tours?
Yes. We run curated five-to-seven-hour wine and brewery tours through the Puyallup Valley and South Sound, designed with our concierge and driven by your dedicated chauffeur.
Do you handle corporate and group transportation?

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes. Tacoma Limo Service is a fully licensed for-hire operation carrying $1M+ in liability coverage. All chauffeurs are licensed, background-checked and trained in defensive driving, with bi-weekly safety inspections across the fleet.
Can we drink alcohol in the vehicle?
Passengers of legal drinking age (21+) may enjoy alcohol in our limousines and party buses where Washington law allows. Student events such as prom are strictly alcohol-free and supervised, and we never serve or permit alcohol for anyone under 21.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
No. All vehicles are strictly non-smoking, which keeps the fleet fresh for every guest.
What happens if a vehicle has a mechanical problem?
Our 24/7 dispatch tracks every trip and keeps backup vehicles ready. In the rare event of an issue, we send a replacement and keep you moving — it's the reason we build buffer into every booking.
Do you have a damage or cleaning policy?
