The terms governing your use of the Tacoma Limo Service website and our chauffeured transportation. By using this website or booking a ride, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully, and contact us with any questions.
Welcome to Tacoma Limo Service. Your access to and use of this website and our transportation services is subject to these Terms & Conditions. By using this site or booking a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part, you must discontinue use of the site and our services.
These Terms govern the booking of limousines, party buses, SUV stretches, sedans, vans and related chauffeured ground transportation through Tacoma Limo Service, together with any transactions conducted through this site. They constitute the entire agreement between you and Tacoma Limo Service and supersede any prior representations or understandings.
We may amend these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
↑ Back to topTo make a reservation you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under applicable law. You may not use our services if your access has been suspended or if you cannot form a binding agreement.
If you create an account or save booking details, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at (253) 999-5589 if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when booking, and not to use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or disruptive purpose.
↑ Back to topReservations may be made online, by phone at (253) 999-5589, or by email at info@tacomalimoservice.com. When booking, you select your vehicle, date, time, pickup and drop-off, passenger count and occasion. Once confirmed, your vehicle and chauffeur are dispatched for your reservation.
Quotes are based on the information you provide and typical conditions. Your final fare may differ due to actual hours used, route, additional stops, wait time, tolls, parking and other charges described below.
A confirmation with your reservation details is sent by email and/or SMS. Please review it carefully and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
↑ Back to topCertain reservations — particularly weddings, proms, party buses, multi-vehicle bookings and peak weekend or holiday dates — require a deposit to reserve the vehicle and hold your date. The deposit amount, and whether it is refundable, are stated in your booking confirmation.
Your date and vehicle are not guaranteed until the required deposit is received. Deposits are applied toward your final balance.
Limousines, party buses and stretch vehicles are booked as hourly charters with a minimum number of hours. The minimum hours and hourly rate are quoted at the time of booking.
Hourly rates start at $85 for an economy sedan and range up to $250–$350 for SUV stretch limousines and party buses. Higher minimums and higher rates may apply on weekends and holidays.
If your group uses the vehicle beyond the reserved hours, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate and charged to the card on file, subject to availability. The chauffeur will advise when your reserved time is ending.
↑ Back to topA short-notice reservation is any booking made less than two (2) hours before the requested pickup time. While we make every effort to accommodate all requests, availability and on-time arrival for short-notice bookings cannot be guaranteed and depend on vehicle and chauffeur availability, distance and traffic.
Charters and special-occasion vehicles book quickly. We strongly recommend reserving well in advance to guarantee your vehicle and date.
We understand plans change. The cancellation window and any applicable fees are specified in your booking confirmation. As a general policy:
Cancellations made inside these windows, and deposits, may be non-refundable, and the full fare may be charged.
If the chauffeur arrives at the pickup and cannot locate or reach you at the day-of-travel number provided, the chauffeur will wait a reasonable grace period before the reservation is treated as a no-show. In that case the full fare (and any deposit) is charged and no refund is issued. For hourly charters, waiting time counts against your reserved hours.
↑ Back to topUnless otherwise stated in your quote, the following may be added to your fare and, if not prepaid, charged to the card on file:
A deposit may be due at booking; the remaining balance is due before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved methods through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
By providing your payment details, you authorize Tacoma Limo Service to securely store your card and charge any applicable additional fees — including overtime, wait time, extra stops, tolls, parking, ferry and cleaning or damage charges. A receipt detailing any additional charges is emailed after the trip.
We do not sell or share your payment details with third parties.
↑ Back to topA service gratuity — customarily 18–20% — may be included in your quote or added to the final fare, as indicated on your confirmation. Any additional gratuity for exceptional service is entirely at your discretion and always appreciated by your chauffeur.
↑ Back to topTo protect our customers and prevent fraud, we may request a valid government-issued photo ID for reservations with a fare total exceeding $200. The identification provided must match the name and payment details on file.
Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, passport, state or national ID card, or military ID. If valid, matching identification cannot be provided, we reserve the right to decline service; the reservation may be canceled without refund.
↑ Back to topA confirmation email with your complete reservation details — vehicle, date, time, locations and fare breakdown — is sent after booking. Please review it carefully and report any discrepancy promptly.
Receipts are emailed after your trip. If you require a duplicate receipt for a completed reservation, contact our team with your booking details and we will provide one, subject to our records.
↑ Back to topTo change a booking, contact us by phone at (253) 999-5589 or reply to your confirmation. We will make requested changes subject to availability; any fare adjustment is confirmed before the change is finalized.
Changes made during peak periods or holidays may incur additional charges due to demand. Modifications are subject to the Cancellation policy above.
Where a cancellation qualifies under the windows above, a refund or credit is issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable deposit. Approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days (excluding weekends and holidays); the time to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution.
↑ Back to topWe offer direct-bill and corporate accounts for qualifying businesses and frequent clients, with consolidated invoicing after each reservation. Direct-bill privileges require credit approval and accounts must remain in good standing.
Invoices are payable within the agreed billing cycle (for example, Net 15 or Net 30). Late payment may result in fees or suspension of account privileges. We may modify, suspend or terminate direct-bill privileges for non-payment or misuse.
↑ Back to topPassengers must use seat belts where provided and follow all safety instructions from the chauffeur. Certain limousines and party buses feature perimeter or bench seating; while the vehicle is in motion, passengers must remain seated and keep hands, arms and objects inside the vehicle.
The chauffeur may pause or end a trip if passengers refuse to comply with safety instructions or applicable law. Parents and guardians are responsible for the compliance of children in their care.
↑ Back to topEach vehicle has a stated seated maximum, from 2 up to 30 passengers depending on the vehicle. Seated capacity may not be exceeded, and standing beyond the vehicle's design is not permitted. Passenger counts and luggage should be confirmed at booking.
Luggage allowance is based on available cargo space. Oversized or excessive luggage may require a larger or additional vehicle at extra cost. See our fleet page for capacities and luggage by vehicle.
↑ Back to topAlcohol may be permitted aboard select vehicles on a bring-your-own basis only when every passenger is 21 or older and can present valid government-issued photo ID. If any passenger under 21 is aboard, the vehicle is strictly alcohol-free, without exception.
Consumption is at the chauffeur's discretion and must comply with Washington State liquor and open-container laws. No illegal substances of any kind are permitted. If the alcohol policy is violated, the chauffeur may end the trip without refund, and you are responsible for any resulting cleaning or damage fees.
↑ Back to topSmoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vaping devices — is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. The use or possession of illegal or controlled substances is likewise prohibited.
Violations may result in immediate termination of service without refund, cleaning fees, and any penalties permitted by law.
↑ Back to topAll passengers must behave lawfully and respectfully toward the chauffeur, the vehicle and the public. Do not distract the driver, and never stand through a sunroof or window.
The chauffeur may refuse or terminate service, without refund, for unsafe, unlawful, abusive or dangerously intoxicated behavior, for exceeding vehicle capacity, or for any conduct that endangers passengers, the chauffeur, the vehicle or the public. You are responsible for the conduct of everyone in your party.
↑ Back to topYou are responsible for any damage caused by your party. Spills, stains, burns, broken glass or excessive mess incur a cleaning fee. Sickness ("bio") cleanups and any damage that takes the vehicle out of service incur additional charges covering cleaning and lost bookings.
Cleaning and damage charges are billed to the card on file and are based on the severity of the mess or damage and the time required to return the vehicle to service.
↑ Back to topStudent events must be booked and approved by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the students' behalf and provides an emergency contact and the approved itinerary.
All student trips are strictly alcohol- and substance-free. A chaperone may be required. Chauffeurs supervise for safety and enforce these policies; any violation ends the trip without refund, and the parent or guardian is notified. The group travels together according to the approved plan.
When traveling with young children, please tell us at booking so we can plan seating. Children may not ride on an adult's lap where prohibited by law and must be secured where seat belts are provided.
We do not provide child safety seats; parents and guardians are responsible for bringing and properly securing any approved car seat required by Washington State law.
↑ Back to topWe do not transport minors traveling entirely on their own without a reservation made and authorized by a parent or legal guardian. For student events such as prom, a parent or guardian must book, approve the itinerary and provide an emergency contact; the group then travels together per the approved plan. Chauffeurs may decline service where these conditions are not met.
↑ Back to topWe are committed to serving passengers with disabilities and mobility needs. Please tell us at booking if you require an accessible vehicle or assistance so we can arrange appropriate accommodation. Service animals are welcome at no additional charge in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Booking in advance helps us guarantee availability.
↑ Back to topService animals are always welcome, at no additional charge, in compliance with the ADA. Other pets may travel by prior arrangement and should be transported in an appropriate carrier; owners are responsible for their pet's behavior and for any cleaning required.
↑ Back to topBy submitting a reservation, you confirm that all information — pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, contact details and passenger count — is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for errors made by customers during booking.
If you identify an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can help. Costs arising from inaccurate information you provide — including additional fares, wait fees or rescheduling — are your responsibility.
↑ Back to topWe cannot guarantee exact arrival or drop-off times due to factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, road closures, detours and other disruptions. For airport transfers, we monitor flights to adjust pickups where possible.
We are not liable for missed flights, cruises, appointments or connections resulting from such delays. Please allow extra time for time-sensitive travel, and monitor your flight and local conditions.
↑ Back to topIf you believe you left an item in one of our vehicles, contact us as soon as possible at (253) 999-5589 with a description of the item, the date and time of your ride, and your pickup and drop-off locations. We will make reasonable efforts to recover it.
Tacoma Limo Service is not responsible for items lost, stolen or left behind. Please keep valuables — electronics, wallets, phones and documents — in your possession at all times. Unclaimed items are held for a limited period.
↑ Back to topRates vary by vehicle, date, distance, demand and season, and weekend or holiday premiums may apply. Quoted fares are confirmed in your booking confirmation, which governs your reservation.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In the event of an obvious error, we may contact you to confirm the corrected fare or cancel the booking. We are not obligated to honor pricing that results from a clear technical error or mistake.
↑ Back to topWe provide service without discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity or national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion or creed, disability or medical condition, or age. We comply with all applicable nondiscrimination laws, including the ADA. Any passenger who experiences unfair treatment is encouraged to report it to our team, and we will investigate promptly.
↑ Back to topWe enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for the use of drugs or alcohol by our chauffeurs on duty. Our chauffeurs are expected to follow all traffic and safety laws, behave professionally and courteously, and maintain a clean, well-presented vehicle and appearance.
If you experience any concern involving a chauffeur, please contact our support team at (253) 999-5589. We take all reports seriously and investigate them thoroughly.
↑ Back to topOur website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tacoma Limo Service and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or services, or from delays or disruptions beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or willful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tacoma Limo Service, its affiliates, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, your violation of law or third-party rights, or the conduct of your party. This obligation survives the end of your use of our services.
↑ Back to topWe use security measures to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, including unauthorized card use, misrepresentation of identity, and chargeback abuse. Where fraud is suspected, we may cancel the booking, suspend the account and pursue recovery of losses and legal remedies. If you believe your payment information has been compromised, contact us immediately at (253) 999-5589.

↑ Back to topWe may modify, amend or update these Terms at any time at our discretion. Any changes are posted to this page with an updated date, and may address booking, cancellation or refund policies, pricing and fees, or safety and legal-compliance matters.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.
↑ Back to topThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tacoma Limo Service regarding their subject matter. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Your rights under these Terms are not assignable; we may assign ours. Questions may be directed to info@tacomalimoservice.com or (253) 999-5589.
↑ Back to topIf you need clarification on any term above, or have a specific situation you'd like to discuss before booking, our team is glad to walk through it with you.
